Family diamonds and gemstones can be reset through an engagement ring redesign, transformed into pendants, or refined into modern settings as part of a private bespoke jewellery commission.

THE 4-STEP BESPOKE DESIGN & REMODELLING PROCESS
1. Private consultation
Free consultations are available in Central London, Cambridge, or via secure video appointment. We discuss your vision, assess heirloom pieces where relevant, and define design direction.
2. Design
A considered design proposal is created, balancing proportion, gemstone placement, with expertly selected diamonds and gems. The design fee
is £200, deductible against your order.
3. Assessment & production
Heirloom gold is weighed and tested where supplied. For new commissions, Fairmined gold and silver are sourced.
Your order is secured by paying a 50% deposit, and your piece will be made by our master craftspeople.
4. Hallmarking & delivery
Every bespoke commission is hallmarked for certification of precious metal purity
under UK law.
When ready, the balance is payable and your jewellery will be delivered. To ensure that you're 100% happy we include any ring re-sizing free of charge.
