SHIPPING POLICY 

 

FREE UK DELIVERY & RETURNS

All orders are sent insured by Tracked and Signed service with Royal Mail.

WITHIN UK

FREE: Standard Shipping orders. Delivery 2-3 working days after the day order is placed

£8.50: Express next working day - Special Delivery including Saturday Delivery.

Order before 11am Monday – Friday for next working day delivery.

(* Note that if your order is placed after 11:00 am on a Friday before a Bank Holiday weekend, we will dispatch it on the next available working day.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

EU & Europe – £14.99 - 3-5 working days

(*Europe includes Turkiye, Iceland, Scandinavian & Baltic nations)

USA & Worldwide - £21.99 - 5-7 working days

We can ship to PO Box numbers only in Middle East & Africa. 

International orders being shipped outside of the UK will have 20% UK VAT deducted but will be subject to approximately 18-25% customs/import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. This cost is not covered by Juraster, so you will be responsible for paying any additional charges that may occur.

(We do not ship to Russia or other countries on the current UK sanctions list.)

 

REFUND POLICY

 

Buying from Juraster is hassle-free thanks to our Joy Guarantee & free UK returns.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All refunds from inside the UK are FREE.

Refunds from outside the UK are priced according to your country's postal service provider.  


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tamper-proof label intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to enclose a print-out of your order for proof of purchase and so we can identify your return.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@juraster.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  

When we have verified your return request, we’ll send easy guidance on how your package can be collected from your door or dropped off for delivery back to us.  We also provide a barcoded returns label in your parcel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bespoke and customised orders can not be returned or exchanged.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your purchase is made from and shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
